Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Within Lebanon
We currently deliver throughout Lebanon.
Estimated delivery time is generally 4-5 business days

Delivery Fees
Delivery charge is a $5 flat fee. displayed and added at checkout.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are complete and accurate.
The courier may contact you before delivery. House of Aura is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the parcel and item
We will review the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.
